We offer a one stop solution. We design, specify, program, and commission advanced BAS system. We also act as system integrators and can provide complete turn-key BAS control systems.

We believe in the importance of protecting our environment and our world’s future. It’s why we embrace sustainability practices, and employ design standards such as ASHRAE, LEED and other innovative technologies to enhance tenant comfort and maximize environmental efficiency. Recently, our LEED accredited engineers successfully completed the design and LEED Gold CI Certification for a large retrofit building renovation at Ryerson University.

Air Leakage Testing →
We conduct air leakage testing for clients with special requirements for rooms/buildings that may be used as a safe haven or to house critical instrumentation equipment. Air leakage testing is a method to determine the air tightness of a room or building by calculating the equivalent leakage area (ELA) in accordance with CAN/CGSB-149.10-2019. We use this test method with calibrated equipment and statistical analyses to calculate ELA. We provide client support in identifying leakage paths and interpreting the results of the testing. Air Flow Testing and Analysis →
We provide specialized airflow testing and analysis for commercial and industrial applications. We have experience in the nuclear industry and have performed testing in protected areas near the reactor. Our flow testing services include developing test specifications, procedures, performing the testing and providing interpretive reporting.

Fluid Flow Testing and Analysis →
We use calibrated ultrasonic flow measuring equipment for a wide range of fluids for HVAC and Industrial applications. Fluid flow testing can be configured for spot flow measurements or data logging over extended periods of time. Our equipment can record zero flow and flows for a wide range of pipe sizes. As with airflow testing, our fluid flow testing services include developing test specifications and procedures, performing the testing and providing interpretive reporting. Our skilled mechanical engineers can provide overall piping system review, troubleshooting and retrofit recommendations in addition to the testing.

Legal Expert Witness →
Based on our significant reputation and experience in retrofitting existing buildings, our leadership is often called in to act as an Expert Witness to provide forensic consultation, prepare reports or offering testimony in litigation cases related to mechanical and electrical engineering issues.

Nuclear →
We provide engineering services for the nuclear industry. Our skilled engineers are experienced in working with the stringent nuclear quality assurance standards for projects relating to Mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls systems) and Electrical (power distribution). Our services include investigations, retrofit design and contract administration.
